Work life balance and like culture Best environment for all people from all around the place Great Exposure for junior staff great benefits

No work life balance. Not high salary not bonus Need to be a go getter and take your career and growth into your own hands.

good vacation it is not unlimited PTO but you get a fair amount 10-15 vacation days Really enjoyed my time at GroupM. The benefits were exceptional. A lot of PTO and you get the week after Christmas off. Their parental leave is also great Average benefits nothing special definitely room for improvement
