Pros: Great colleagues culture and work life balance Best environment for all people from all around the place International environment colleagues from different countries
Cons: No work life balance. Not high salary not bonus Need to be a go getter and take your career and growth into your own hands.

good vacation it is not unlimited PTO but you get a fair amount 10-15 vacation days Really enjoyed my time at GroupM. The benefits were exceptional. A lot of PTO and you get the week after Christmas off. Their parental leave is also great Average benefits nothing special definitely room for improvement
