Pros: Good Work life balance (except few business ) great benefits and 401K Good culture and good processes Great people for the most part that are eager to aid in personal success They pay you good salary while hiring and are not shy to make better offer for deserving candidates so negotiate well.
Cons: No work/life balance Honeywell has just average benefits Collaborative Culture: Honeywell promotes a collaborative work culture where employees are encouraged to share ideas collaborate across teams and contribute to the company's success. Sometimes not very people friendly Salaries are low for long term employees.

Unlimited PTO in the US (should you actually be able to get away from work) very generous 401K match (but you have to be employed mid-December to receive it in a lump sum the following January). Standard health benefits. Unlimited PTO for US employees 401k is good. Healthcare WAY overpriced and they monitor health (very intrusive) vacation is great if you can take it. Everything else is average at best

Pretty decent health benefit package. Great time off options. Could be cheaper to employees If your over a certain salary you pay more for healthcare

For the main/general benefits it's average or above average. The Health Insurance is pretty expensive though. Very expansive options good cost of healthcare and supplemental insurance packages. Good 401k matching and pension. I like the flexibility of the PTO program.
