the culture has changed less benefits for France employees. No effective development onboarding push to get rid of QA as practice which will absolutely lead to a worse application unnecessary and/or unavoidable complexity of systems to satisfy executive desires to 'accelerate' horrendous communication norms or lack thereof no safety of transparent with top level leadership because they don't want to hear it no work life balance and respected by executive leadership pushes for culture are destructive and selfish such as requiring hybrid work versus creating environment that people want to come to the office for However an empathetic leadership allows all the flexibility to schedule the meetings as per convenience.

Pros: Well paid and great benefits work life balance Will be good after spending few years as same work will repeat and you can finish it with in hours. 4. Fairly good pay (as it fits well with the salary parameters I must follow.) Great culture & people Strong Values Offices amazing Benefits top notch Intuit has great values and the people you work with are always willing to help.
Cons: Some of the training you have a time limit to finish and no benefits if you are not full time year round employee No work life balance depending on team and leaders. Pay is low and you have to fight for hours the culture has changed Most of the teams are full of good people working hard to make a difference for their customers.
There is no other company that offers better benefits than Intuit. Incredibly generous with 401k contribution best health and medical coverage yearly wellness stipend PTO holidays. There's nothing bad I can say about the benefits at Intuit! Intuit takes care of their employees 2 days a week required in office with constant threats of increasing it to 3

Cons: Some of the training you have a time limit to finish and no benefits if you are not full time year round employee No work life balance depending on team and leaders. Pay is low and you have to fight for hours What this means is that the constant threat of layoffs creates a toxic culture where no one helps anyone else. Most of the teams are full of good people working hard to make a difference for their customers.
Excellent overall benefits for health PTO etc Well rounded with great benefits Medical insurance is actually amazing and cheap. There are really no paid holidays and virtually no paid vacation for employees. My manager gave me a hard time anytime I took off for doctors appointments so much so I felt guilty even using my “benefits.”
