Pros
The direct team is understanding and support each other Good training ; different systems to manage
Cons
Poor management and culture. Low pay Culture is not that great team is micro Driver training is very poor considering some of the cars are worth over $200 00 each. 5pm ( constant claims for overtime including working through lunch is often questioned by management) .
