Pros

good pay and worth the hassle if you're built for upselling & taking calls all day No discrimination & management is good. High paying company and offers work from home. Good training Good benefits They train well the employees

Cons

Calls are back to back sometimes I couldn't even catch my breath and low pay Poor management and the Team Leader doesn't know how to handle stress. Limited work from home setups Poor training and handling of employees Not good hours or good benefits
