Pros: Great comprehensive benefits options Iteris offers generous open PTO and is often granted when asked. The people are great to work with and the management is good too.
Cons: Benefits are below average consulting engineer staff stretched thin on the east The pay is on the lower side and the annual adjustment is very low. Investing lots in software and R&D being propped up by consulting group but recognition is low
