Pros

Good benefits . There is great training to start of your career and room to grow within the company Good management. Good salary Work life balance best experience

Cons

The benefits are expensive and require fitness assessment plus tobacco assessment every year for $100 discount. Training was fragmented and less that ideal but this was likely due to the pandemic. Bad management not a good salary increase No work life balance sometimes one has to push themselves to complete the work before time to handle other projects in pipeline

Comments

Labcorp offers a lot of benefits including legal and free labwork for employee and immediate family members. Flexible time off (no-pto cap) fitness reimbursement health and dental benefits. The costs for medical is on the higher end. Tiered insurance plans copays are higher than expected across all plans.

Pros: good pay (if you fight for it during your interview) Good benefits as a full time employee Management was good. The job itself and the people there are all great. flexible hours
Cons: No raises and low pay compared to companies the benefits are expensive and don't cover much. Poor management and lack of organization. People are generally burned out and moody. Long hours with no overtime

They have a good 401k plan Discretionary 401k contributions after 10/15/20 years of service and free education benefits 401k was okay for that time

Pros: The people were great to work with Great benefits and pay. the pay is decent the work is mindless and easy. Great Organization and leadership. Good Culture Good Good Good
Cons: So many good people have left and are looking for other jobs. Pay could be better . Due to this growth is normal to work beyond the working hours but the leadership do not demand this and are worried about the work

Pretty decent benefits and they offer a discount on health insurance Great benefits for a decent amount Healthcare packages are somewhat pricey.
