Pros
The people you work with are fantastic! Good benefits performance reviews twice a year flexible in Great vision and leadership can be found throughout the company and even in hard times they stay true to their culture. Coworkers are respectful.
Cons
they don't actually care about people Less growth opportunities The credit risk org leaders are incapable in leadership : lacking integrity abusive criticism micromanagement (without meaning guidance) and needing to be liked.

Best- PTO Worst- health insurance coverage decent benefits could be better comp Decent benefits. Health Gym and on site catering was really nice. On site gym and barista with locker rooms. On site kombucha and cold brew.
