The team is extraordinary. Lots of freedom since it's a startup Everybody has a lifelong learning approach and help each other in the domains they are weaker. Building great product at breakneck speed while putting the customer at the center

Cons

While it offers a lot of freedom and fosters creative problem solving it takes getting used to and not everybody will be comfortable with it. you need to be agile and flexible
