Pros
Good training lots of motivational help Commissions are good when you sell MassMutual products. Good Benefits and extra perks like gym and cafeteria People are nice. Great Culture but 100% up to you
Cons
Only training is a few days at the start No base pay commission only commission rates are lower with MassMutual than some other companies. No benefits no room to move up and 1099 pay. Toxic culture Inept leaders Overworked employees

Bonus and pension are the best benefits. They will continue to fund existing emploees' pension account till 2025. After that all employees will get 5% additional contribution from the company on top of 5% 401k match. For instance if you are contributing 5% you will have 15% in your 401k account. Great 401K match and wellness being wallet.
