Pros

The supervisors are amazing and supportive! Competitive Pay Coworkers are great and there's lots of support for burnout & overall morale. flexible schedule The benefits they do offer are good when examining what good benefits are on multiple factors.

Cons

Overload supervisors Impossible standards and embarrassingly low pay As an RBT you may not meet coworkers since you could be working in home. Benefits are awful and do not care about mental health impacts.
