Good Work life balance and good for frehsers Good benefits and pay for the location The starting pay is good including stock options and OT pay Management is good. overall culture is good OT is quite good when situation is stable

Cons

There is not much transferable skills and no work life balance Less benefits provided by the company Low pay' in the country Poor Management Boss is biased Need flatter the boss Stressful Not good culture (but may depend from team to team)

Health insurance was really great Good overall package including most important benefits 401 leave holiday stock discounts
