Great benefits and they work with you to accommodate most needs But the work is hard and the pay is low. Very good work life balance Good leadership and company culture great training

Pay could be better hard to move up or laterally in positions Work scheduled sucked Better work life balance Didn't”t like my scheduled hours Conversion Great Lakes to Nelnet was a beast Idk Internal Audit has an extremely clicky work environment and leadership takes no accountability for poor management / bad team culture.
