Met some of the most friendly and extremely nice coworkers. Good Design Opportunities in aviation sector nice variety of projects big open spacious office and overall nice place to work Higher pay usually compared to other places.

poor company management and leadership lack of HR for a big staff

There is no 401k matching Great benefits I have never had to pay for health insurance! Good health insurance 401k plan 21 days of PTO after 5 years.
