Pros

very flexible good pay and benefits Mostly good work life balance competitive salary but nothing crazy they do their best to mentor employees and get people involved in company programs/groups. Great people to work with.

401k is decent PTO is okay medical benefits aren't great but not sure if medical benefits anywhere are good at this point. Everything is good paid time off sick leaves 401k Benefits for working employees are ok but the pension is not what used to be. That was changed in 1997. The other negative is there is NO help w/ health insurance costs if you want to retire before 65 when Medicare kicks in. Start looking at what health insurance costs if you have to pay 100% for it. It's scary.
