Pros

A few good people left but the whole office is looking for a new job. Good leadership and management. We respected each other's opinions were helpful when we had questions and we had the best managers who were empathetic and kind. Great benefits and casual environment solving challenging problem. Benefits remuneration culture and flexible ways of working.

Cons

People are frequently stressed and it is trending in the wrong direction. Executive Leadership: There seems to be a significant disconnect between the top Promote path is so dependent on your manager. Qualtrics has some nice benefits for sure but there's also a bit of a meet the bare minimum to be able to say “us too!” mass layoffs resulting in outsourcing and offshoring ruined the culture

The benefits available at Qualtrics are easily one of the top perks. Free lunch is catered everyday by a local Utah catering company and snacks are always available to eat during the workday. There is also a breakfast are with english muffins fruit and cereal and a cafe where you can order any coffee or soda beverage for free!The healthcare and retirement benefits are also great. Qualtrics provides vision and dental HSA options and employer matching 401k contributions. Having fitness reimbursement is nice
