You get 15 sick days in a year; you can "partial" if you don't want to work your full shift; you work with very kind and hardworking people; you can pick up shifts at other stores if you need hours, or post your shifts online for someone else to take; you get free fountain drinks while on the clock
Pay isn't enough for the amount of work expected; you have to cover your tattoos and you can't have facial hair; you're on your feet the entire shift and don't get breaks; can be mentally and physically exhausting and draining at times

They promote from within. Meaning they promote those who are usually store side who are not familiar with repairs or maintenance. The blind leading the blind.
It all changed when the old man (founding father) passed away in 2013. Has gotten worse each and every year. Without question.
Hire those who are qualified for the job.
Stop hiring store managers for corp maintenance positions.
Do the right thing. Be the best. Never be satisfied.
