Good Benefits and chill work environment The pay is good and I truly have a lot of fun doing what I do. Hella good work life balance and 9/80 schedule Worked with a lot of really great people who were always trying to help and ensure I had all of the tools to succeed. Good management so far
Health benefits are poor and the promotion/raise structure is dictated by HR. For me the biggest cons are low pay and needing to go out of my way to find work. Poor work life balance only advance if you are in the good ol' boys club Actually smart people leave within the 1st year/2 because the environment does not support productive innovation/learning Poor management poor HR contract employees do whatever they want
Basic benefits - no real upside or differntiation Best: Modified time PTOWorst: 401k provider Christmas and New Year holiday shutdown

Cons: Work life balance isn't that great Health benefits are awful. The best thing is that the company matches at a 100 percent the first year and the worst thing is that there are high copay amounts for visits. Cost increases are below industry standards. Decent benefits middle-of the road for large companies.
