Pros
Friendly atmosphere is invested in not just empty words. Nice swag good bonus other company perks like an office gym catered lunch and a pool membership. They take the entire week after Christmas off and office staff gets a good amount of PTO.
Cons
If you don't eat sleep and breathe Riverwild you're not a team player and their expectations of employees are unrealistic. It is a smaller sized company so career advancement can be limited by lack of available higher positions.

Medical insurance is free for the employee which is nice. Average but covers what is necessary.
