Friendly atmosphere is invested in not just empty words. Nice swag good bonus other company perks like an office gym catered lunch and a pool membership. They take the entire week after Christmas off and office staff gets a good amount of PTO.

Cons: If you don't eat sleep and breathe Riverwild you're not a team player and their expectations of employees are unrealistic. It is a smaller sized company so career advancement can be limited by lack of available higher positions.
