Pros
Fair salary The IT team is great besides leadership. Lots of micro management at. Company provides immense amount of training on products and equipment.
Cons
Leadership more interested in lining their own pockets than properly staffing departments and paying a fair salary for the work being done. Long hours and very heavy workload. Bad behaviour from other staff members goes unnoticed by management (as long as you are a part of their clique).
