Cons: The pay is low. Lack of enough training Occasionally there can be miscommunications between departments but these are quickly addressed by management. After three weeks of no communication from them despite repeated phone calls and emails (with one exception that being the lady who had conducted my interview

work from home accrued sick time/pto 401k matching is great at Scribe-X 401k options/plans were intoduced recently. PTO is extremely limited. The salary of a scribe who works mainly with one provider is less than one who trains scribes/hops around specialties and does not have a specific provider they scribe for.
