Pros: Decent pay. Great people to work with and interesting projects Work life balance Good teammates Supportive environment Great culture Good leadership
Cons: Large and can get lost low pay compared to peers There are some people who love it here but I find its mostly the status quo of male colleagues of a certain privileged background. Very little work life balance. Blame culture selective archaic 'who knows who' culture... poor leadership

Lots of benefits not sure how pricing of medical insurance compares to others. Great benefits package but have to participate in a wellness program to make it affordable. There is a significant discount with participation thankfully. The benefit package is fantastic
