Pros

Company offered a good salary Good management & environment. The pay is good for a first WFH/customer service job and being able to work from home is amazing! Colleagues was friendly and nice. Good benefits especially with health benefits

Cons

Salary is low and no permanent contract bad management causes emplyoee to leave low pay no work from home set No benefits are given to employees.
