Great Management good people good environment well balanced good culture got along with co workers nice people and friendly work environment

Horrible company and management is abusive. rude nasty bathrooms nasty people low pay. Culture has shifted from organized pride in center and customer experience and valuing the employees of the company to profit over people

Tanger pays for forty hours of volunteer time. The teamwork and the flexible hours that are assigned. Flexibility with health benefits is a big plus.
