Target Employee Review

My Favorite Job!

Pros

There are many opportunities for growth within the warehouse environment. I learned many things from working with a team, to training, equipment driving, becoming a leader, and the importance of work life balance. It was by far my favorite job that I've ever had. For the most part I made many good friends and I would go back to work for this company in a heartbeat. I think they take good care of their employees, their benefits are generous, and the team environment is so well worth it!

Cons

The management cycles through very often because the growth is amazing and if you get a good manager it is highly likely you won't have them for long before they are elevated within the company. That can sometimes be a little frustrating as an employee to get a great working relationship with your manager and then in two months you have to rebuild a relationship again with someone completely new. I think it speaks for the company itself, but that's my only riff about it.
