Pros

Generally has good team culture, decent pay, okay hours. Some benefits are really good, others not so much.

Cons

They constantly try and protect their bottom dollar by employing the least amount of people to work, lower volume stores are held to the standards of higher volume stores despite there being a massive difference in both team size and hour allocation for the store. Corporate is drastically out of touch due to stores trying to clean up their messes before visits.
