Pros: Approachable management Great colleagues Excellent work life balance. the culture is amazing and you have the opportunity to learn a lot in a lot of different areas
Cons: Salary not compatible for the Copenhagen Real Estate Market Bad management of the department Constant politics and playing favourites. If you're looking to join as a CSM I would hold off on this for this year as myself and multiple other colleagues are now looking for other roles following this change so there will be a lot of turbulence and unrest.
