Salary and benefit okay, but drivers make more than you
If you want to work for UPS, do a Union job. Corporate will use and abuse you. My biggest regret was giving up my position as a driver to take a supervisor position. I made more money, and worked less hours than I ever did as a supervisor. This company does not invest in itself. I have been inside 6 different warehouses, all of which were in states of disarray. If UPS was not a monopoly, this company would fail. Turnover is ridiculous. There is "no money" to replace those leaving but "record profits". I have my doubts that this company will exist in 15 years.
