healthcare benefits tuition reimbursement for education up to $25K paid weekly multitude of shifts so that you could work a full time shift somewhere else career advancement to become driver or upper management stock options for management
too many work environments is unhealthy for professional development the supervisors are young thus havent participated in adequate developmental supervisory skill trainings and leadership trainings you work 3-4 hours daily, more during peak season just to be harassed and talk down upon there are no identifiable breaks within the shift (i.e bathroom breaks/15min break, etc) They preach safety and hydration and stretching but if you're seated for overexertion you will get scowled and yelled at They ask you if you can lift 75lbs but the expectation is CAN YOU LIFT 75 LBS 300x. You will get written up if you're late as of 1sec past official start time You wont get any benefits or PTO until 1 year of work Vacation time is only 1 week and thats only selected upon "availability" that any other week is already taken my coworkers who started before you Supervisors belittle you
Need to reevaluate the expectations and transparency of work load. Loading 600-1K packages in package vehicles or loading 2k-4K Packages in Trailers should require better pay wages and breaks and better working conditions such as more fans and ventilated facilities.
