Pros
Good people good environment fast pass no time to sit has long has you show up and do your job it’s so nice a great really loved it there
Cons
The union takes such good care of the workers and people that it makes it hard to just fire the employees who are lazy or don’t really do there job they showed up and that is what counts for the union at the same time is like it if I was one that the union looked after then it would be a pro for sure there was no real con to ups
