Pros
The people genuinely care. Salaried position no commission Excellent training and continuous development programs.
Cons
Not people friendly. No commission is the big thing for me. No work life balance Management does not care about you or your work ethic the only thing that matters is putting on a show and looking the part.
Comments
Excellent benefits including health and 401k Profit sharing is 1% of annual sales. So each year we get more based on sales. No paternity leave for employees
