Pros
great management not overbearing checks on us and always available Pay is good and nurses are in a union Health Benefits are good within the organization Coworkers are amazing Flexible hours and good for school
Cons
Staffing ratios are poor however management does try their best to improve this but their hands are tied. Base pay could be better and only offer hours new employees opportunity. Costly benefits Annual raises were on lower side They will take hours from the department because they're ‘over budget' but demand you do more work with less staff.
