Pros

Good pay benefits etc. Calm and relaxed place to work.

Cons

Pay is low for the work being done upward mobility is slow pay bumps are minimal at best bad plant in Knoxville specifically so it makes things harder than they should be Company has always prided itself on culture but when it became publicly held and acquired another cable company things went downhill. We have no backup from our direct leadership and are ignored unless you're in their friend circle.
