Pros

Great culture and work environment Great benefits Good pay and work life balance Great people to work with Work from home is nice

Cons

Conservative culture felt unaligned with my values May be they can offer flexible benefits Low pay amongst other competitors They did add more people to help the instructors later but by that time a lot of people were frustrated tired and were looking for other jobs.

Comments

Good benefits recently added an ESPP. Low cost comprehensive benefits very much above average in today's workplace Good company with good people.

Great health benefits package overall! Great package. Ability to earn both 401K and pension. They just recently started an employee purchase plan but they completely stripped the retirement benefits.
