Pros

The culture is really good too with an active social comittee and plenty of meetups and activities (in However the Product Engineering team is aware of these problem areas and is actively working on reducing the technical debt which is getting better as we scale the team. For me the best thing about hx is the opportunity for growth.

Cons

A mix of the social culture with people regularly meeting up after work but also the workload. It was not for me but hey if you enjoy spending over 1/2 your day on Teams calls and the rest of it working with a very mediocre code base and untrusting management go for it. SLT (Senior Leadership team) cannot take feedback witnessed with my own eyes how they gaslight each other
